Jacquie Rufus-Isaacs spotted her house in Chelsea long before she bought it.The decoration - was not completed in a rush. Bit by bit, the house has evolved into a pleasing and cohesive whole. Scott Maddux, at Unlisted Design, Notting Hill, worked with her, slowly building a look which Jacquie herself describes as ‘eclectic, peaceful and soothing’…it lifts you out of central London.
